Anna Zadrożna – Legal Advisor and Patent Attorney;

Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Warsaw University (2003) and the Postgraduate Study in Intellectual Property Law.


Anna gained her expertise in the field of industrial property, with particular emphasis on trademarks, serving as expert for the Trademark Department of the Polish Patent Office and as a lawyer for a renowned Warsaw patent office. Anna has more than 10 years’ experience in managing disputes, administrative, litigation and court-administrative cases.

Artur Wójcik – Legal Advisor. Former expert in the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP)

Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun.

Artur Wójcik focuses on public procurment law and issues related to disbursement of European Union funds. He is also experienced in commercial law, civil law and civil procedure (court disputes).

Artur Wojcik has extensive experience in dealing with public procurement proceeding (supplies, services, construction works), including contracts partly financed with EU funds.

In his practice Artur concentrates on advising ordering entities at all stages of the public procurement procedure: working out internal procedures for granting orders, providing opinions on draft documentation and contracts, representing the ordering entities before the National Appeal Chamber (former Teams of Arbitrators) and in proceedings arising from challenging the National Appeal Chamber decisions.

Artur gained his initial experience in the above field during his work for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development – body responsible for distribution of the European Union funds.

He also helps contractors bidding for tenders with drafting offers and represents them during appeal and complaint proceedings.

Artur is the author of numerous opinions. He delivers trainings and lectures on public procurement and disbursement of EU funds. He has represented beneficiaries of such funds in audits carried out by eligible authorities.
